Kentafeed Shipping Policy
At Kentafeed, we want to ensure that your order reaches you as swiftly and securely as possible. Here are our shipping policies:
Shipping within the United States:
- Our primary carrier within the United States is USPS, although other carriers may be available for door-to-door shipping.
- Customers can select from the available shipping services during the checkout process.
- Please be aware that we are unable to ship products on national holidays.
Shipping to Canada and Other International Locations:
- For international shipments, including to Canada, we primarily use UPS Worldwide. Other carriers may also be available for door-to-door shipping.
- Customers can select from the available international shipping services during the checkout process.
- Please be aware that we are unable to ship products on national holidays.
- Please note that shipping times for international orders can be longer than domestic shipping within the United States due to customs and international postal services.
- Important: For all international shipments, including to Canada, please be advised that Kentafeed is not responsible for and will not offer refunds or handle cases for lost packages after they have been handed over to official carriers (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS). The responsibility for any lost packages rests with the carrier.
